Export/Import DIF files Examples for importing DIF files into the Untis database

If you have exported class data from gp-Untis, you can input this to a database. To create a database, the following has to be done:

Open a database with the file GU003.TXT which will illustrate the sequence of data storage:

Import the data file GPU003.TXT using the instruction:

 APPEND FROM GPU003.TXT DELIM WITH double inverted commas.

When you have chosen other list limits, then higher authority is correspondingly involved. For other database systems, other instructions apply.
