Minute TT: Drag&drop Minute module: In a class or teacher TT, moving lessons with drag&drop

Also in the minute mode in the timetable display (class or teacher TT with format 01 or 10), it is possible to move lessons with drag&drop. Preferable time frames are displayed in green. If you move to a non free time frame, you can allow clashes or you can remove the blocking lesson out of the timetable.
