Import substitutions Import of substitutions from a gpn-file

You can import substitute scheduling data (absence reasons, absences, substitutions, shiftings) from another gpn-file.

To do this you select the name of the requested gpn-file and press the <Import> button afterwards.

You can only read in substitutions from a gpn-file, which school name is the same as the school name in your current file.

Warning! Reading in substitution data replaces all existing substitution data of the current file.
