General settings for external elements

The following possibilities of settings for external elements can be chosen in the Untis settings dialogue:

Do not show the school-ID in the timetable of external elements

If you tick this checkbox then the school-ID of external lessons is not shown additionally to the lesson data.

Read external elements without lessons only at login

If a master data element in my school does not yet have any scheduled lesson, then ticking this checkbox would prevent the external times of this element to be loaded while working with Untis. The respective data are only loaded at every login. This can positively influence the performance of Untis MultiUser. Please note, however, that changes of this element of any other school(s) are not up-dated during the scheduling process.
