Managing messages

As soon as a user sends a message, all recipients who are currently logged in see a notification that they have received a new message. All other users will receive this information when they log in the next time.

A confirmation with <Yes> opens the dialogue "User messages" with all received messages.

Note:

If you wish to read the message later then click on <No>. You can select the dialogue "User messages" at any time via 'Modules | MultiUser | User messages'.

Double-click on the subject of the message, or click on the <Show message> button to display the message.
