Untis ID

We made a few changes to WebUntis 2020 to prevent and make it more difficult to unintentionally enter and/or use departments with Untis IDs the wrong way.

Up to WebUntis 2020, your Untis ID was shown in the overview of ‘Master data|Departments’:

As of WebUntis 2020 this column is not shown any more in the overview of the departments:

In the detail view of the department the Untis ID is no simple text field any more, it is a button showing the current Untis ID, and you can change the Untis ID by clicking on this button:

When you click on the 'Untis ID' button, a window is opened informing you on the correct use of your Untis ID and you can only change this ID when you confirm that you have read this information carefully:

After confirmation, your current Untis ID is shown and only now you can change it. You are also informed that the Untis ID is only definitely changed when you will have saved it in the detail view of the department.
