Since the Messenger is completely integrated into WebUntis, it does not need any private telephone numbers or e-mail addresses, and you do not need to remember any new passwords.

WebUntis users can use their existing login data. They do not need to create new accounts and/or user accesses, or need to forward their private telephone numbers. Just turn the Messenger on and start writing.

Students can access the Messenger via the speech bubble. The number in the area highlighted in red shows, if and how many new messages you have.

Teachers, school management and administration just click on the <Messenger> button in the top right segment of their screen.

The round brackets show that you have new messages.

You can adjust the settings for general notifications under 'Settings | Notification settings'.

Here you can turn on or off push notifications on your smartphone, you can deactivate group mentions and can delay notifications.
